First of all water is chlorinated to remove all bacteria's. |
Then it passes through Softner which removes hardness of water. Sandfilter removes suspended particles. Carbon filter removes odor and chlorine. |
In the second stage of plant the water is rechlorinated. and then it passes through pesticide carbon filter which removes traces of pesticide & then through a series of micron filters of diminishing pore size. |
Water now passes through Reverse Osmosis plant which gets rid of traces of Toxic Minerals if it exists. |
Reverse Osmosis plants consists of Semi Permeable Membrane, which acts as a Molecular Filter. |
Water is sterilized with ultra violet rays and ozonated and attains ozone residual concentration of 0.5 ppm and maintains it for 20 min. |
The water then passes through Silverisation to get crystal clear water & improves shelf-life of water. |
